Wondering if there is anything I can do to cover up the airbag compartment of my steering wheel?

I just bought a 2002 Cavalier (crappy I know), but the person who owned it first got into a wreck and the airbag deployed. I don't want to buy a completely new steering wheel, that probably costs about 1/4 as much as I paid for the car if not more. Is there any like snap on plates for the airbag compartment? Could I just get the piece that covers it originally, or am I doomed to buying a new steering wheel. It's not really an issue, its just not aesthetically pleasing.
