I have a jetway mb that is giving me a continuous two tone beep?

I have a jetway mb that is giving me a continuous two tone beep on power up. I'm not getting any video. I can't find any explaination of that beep code anywhere ociated with jetway or with ami BIOS. Anybody know what it means?
