Congratulations on quitting smoking! Your health is already benefitting, and you are already putting years back onto your life. My best advice as far as calories is to not stress over reading labels and all of that, but rather just eat nutritious food and not too much. I found that counting calories can be very time-consuming, and it is better to just be in tune with your body's needs, and you will see yourself go down to a healthy weight.
