Plz help my 15 month old daughter is vomiting up everything for the past four days wat shoul I do?

My daughters 15 months old and four days ago she started vomiting up her milk and food I have been giving her pedialyte but not even that's is she able to keep down she looks sad because she wants to drink milk and water but she vomits it up agin plz help!!!!
