Guys, is this him trying to apologise?

Well he isn't trying to apologies thats for sure. If he was he would say something like that but he may not say excatly "I'm sorry" but something like that (he is being a bit to flirty to just be saying sorry). As to what he is really doing I have no idea my best guess would be that he wants to with you now for whatever reason. At least he may be trying to just forget about what happened and just go on like it never did happened. Again I don't think he is trying to say he is sorry but who knows.
