I need jeans that fit a tiny waist and big !!?

OK, here's the deal, I am 5'5" and my waist is 29" and my hips/ is 46" (picture buffie the body) I need some help finding some jeans that fit me. I am having the worst time because of the 17" difference between my measurements, I always get that nasty gap at the waist. I have tried Baby Phat, PZI, applebottom and none of them fit. Does anyone else know of any other jeans that would fir someone like me?
