Shooting while moving!!?

I am looking for shooting snaps of Buildings & City while travelling in a car or City Bus. Pls advice me about both for day & night time. I am using the Nikon Cooplix P60 digicam which has the M mode to control ISO (from 80-2000), Shutter Speed (8" to 1/1200), Aperture (F3.6 & F 10.5). Thanks in advance.
