I have a great business plan for a 'MySpace with a purpose' ebusiness. Who are the best social entrepreneurs?

This will be a for profit venture based on Daniel Goleman's Emotional Intelligence concepts; has already been tested in several Atlanta schools and Boys/Girls Clubs. Need VC, not angels (unless they are major investors).
