My listing agent is the buyers buying agent?
My realtor is working as the selling and buying agent. I like her a lot but, am not sure that I am being represented properly. The buyers are going for an FHA loan and this house is an old farm house that we have a home warranty on but, was selling pretty much as is. In the offer there is no earnest money(I have renters in this house and do not want to lose them if this deal goes south). The offer is for 105000. What would be an appropriate amount of earnest money? There is also no limit to repairs. She wrote in that the limit was fha or rd requirements. To me it sounds like I am agreeing to anything that they think needs to be fixed. Please help. I don't know what to do and I can't afford to get screwed in this deal.
