Uncontested divorce, no children, married less than a year?

I filed for uncontested divorce in the state of ga. I was told wait 31 days for my court hearing. What do I expect in that hearing, is that mean I will get divorce that day? We both signed and notarized all the required paperwork. Does he have to be there?
