Fees for an international student in Cardiff Uni?

This might seem like a dumb question for some people but I'm really desperate and don't know much about Cardiff Univerity. I want to study Accounting or Banking/Finance. And can somebody tell me what it's like to study or live there? What is Cardiff like? Is it peaceful or is it like NY? Anything you can tell me about Cardiff will be helpful.
