Would this work for my tanks?

i found a new home for my 2 oscars, and put my goldfish into the 248.6 gallon. it has a canister filter and a regular filter. so i went online and did some research, and i got a school of 6 neon tetras for the 10 gallon and a betta and apple snail in the 5 gallon. is this ok?
