Who can I complain to about my issues with Comcast internet ! In Florida??

i had the exact same prob with comcast they just bought adelphia here too but im in CT, anyway i kept swearing at them and they kept giveing me 20 dollar off credits, i would advise as many F bombs as u could throw out, i got over 60 bucks off
