What can i do to stop my house going into auction?

ok my house is paid off and the property taxes is only like 450 a year cuz its been in my family since 1905 but anyways my dad is co owner of the property and his brother is the other owner. his brother has not helped with any repairs or taxes. they are trying to put our house up for auction next month. is there any way i can get my uncle for abandonment? and if so would that help us at all?? im in a very need of advise please help. what should i do?
