If i get a female cat will it attack my chickens, ducks, and geese?

No if you get it as a kitten it will not matter if it is male or female as long as it gets use to the ducks and geese as a kitten it's kind of like getting a puppy with a older cat the cat will teach the dog not to hurt it the same goes for the ducks but if you get a full grown tom yes he will attack no gender does not make it a better mouser
