Do people who live in walkable, transit-rich cities drink more alcohol?

I don't have any statistics to show either way, but from my experience living in Boston, which is famous for its public transportation system (the MBTA or "T") and is called "the walking city," there are often many drunk people out and about, but I don't think there are particularly more than in other places.
