Burglary II first time offense?

This happened in Oregon, I need to know a lil more about the prosecution of a crime like this. My boyfriend committed this crime- breaking into someones house with 3 other guys..so i know a conspiracy charge would be involved..This happened months ago and just recently one of the boys got arrested because they searched his house and found a stolen item..I just found out Im pregnant and this is the worst time for something like this. How long do you think the maximum sentence would be? Hes 18 with no prior criminal history.
