Am i doing the wrong thing?

I have a problem. Im not being true to my boyfriend. I have been unhapy in this relationship for some time. We have broke up a few times. Could i be acting out like this because im unhapy? Its hard to know how im feelin these days. I met another guy i have real interest in, thing is idk if this interest is real or spiteful. Any advise on the situation?
